What information do we collect?
When you subscribe we collect your name, email address, the free resource or topics you pick, the date and time you gave consent and the version of the consent text you saw, your answer to the optional service-contact checkbox, and the page where you signed up. We temporarily process your IP address only to rate-limit sign-ups and prevent spam; it is not used for marketing or profiling.
Who is responsible for my data?
Cart Signal is published by Uassist.ME and operated by Uassist.ME LLC, 1688 Meridian Avenue, 6th and 7th Floor, Miami Beach, FL 33139, which is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Our newsletter emails are sent through a shared MailerLite account owned and operated by Uassist.ME LLC, which also sends other Uassist.ME newsletters. MailerLite processes your data on our behalf to deliver email. The website is hosted on Cloudflare.
Why do we collect it?
To send you the Cart Signal newsletter (Free. Every weekday at 8am ET. Unsubscribe anytime) and related emails, such as the free resources you request. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What is the optional service-contact checkbox?
Our newsletter, free-resource forms include a separate, optional checkbox: “Uassist.ME, the publisher of Cart Signal, may contact me about its services.” It is unticked by default and is not required to subscribe. We record your choice (yes or no) with your signup. Only if you tick it may Uassist.ME contact you about its services; otherwise you receive only the newsletter and the emails you asked for. You can withdraw this choice at any time by emailing privacy@cart-signal.com or by unsubscribing.
Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Do we sell or share your data?
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and send email (Cloudflare for hosting and MailerLite for email delivery), under contracts requiring them to protect it.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email includes an unsubscribe link and a Manage preferences link. One-click unsubscribe (including the unsubscribe button in Gmail or Yahoo Mail) may remove you from every Uassist.ME newsletter, not just Cart Signal. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and in all cases within 10 business days, as required by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You can also email us.
What are my rights?
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email privacy@cart-signal.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
How long do we keep it?
We keep subscriber data while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we retain only the minimum needed to honor your opt-out (your email and unsubscribe date), and delete the rest on request.
How is it secured?
Data is stored on access-controlled servers; exports require a secret token and are transmitted over HTTPS.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Our newsletter is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
